Type of module gitops

If requesting a terraform module, what is the target cloud platform? ibm, aws, azure, etc

What is the purpose of the module? create jdbc configuration in Maximo application suite. This is used in multiple places and should be separate module to include elsewhere for suite or applications

*What is the category of the module? middleware
