Document discrepancies

[ ] Can we give instructions how to get the Ascent API Key and URL API bcoz first time user dont know how to consume this ? ./load-ascent.sh https://github.com/cloud-native-toolkit/automation-solutions/tree/main/boms/software
[ ] Can we provide instructions (step by step) how to sync the docs in the Ascent tool based on Software BOM README updates ?
