Unable to create new repo. #70

Hello Sean, As discussed, gitops module is unable to create new repo under my git organisation "Sivasaivm". Gitops module is failing with error message "Unable to create repo" under my org. Kindly help us to fix this issue.

Note : I was trying to regenerate the issue but couldn't recreate.

@Sivasaivm This error was fixed in the underlying cli we use to create the git repos - https://github.com/cloud-native-toolkit/git-client/issues/73 .
