Option to configure auto indentation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit any html file with velocity markup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The autoindent feature, while useful is not always desirable. The main
problem is that the indentation is not configurable (e.g. indent with
tabs/spaces, how many spaces). It should at least be possible to disable
the autoindent altogether.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Veloeclipse 2.0.8 with Eclipse 3.5

I would also like to add that the #elseif directive should not cause an indent

currently it formats to:
#if
    stuff
    #elseif
         stuff
         #elseif
              stuff
#end

It should be(in my opinion)
#if
    stuff
#elseif
    stuff
#elseif
    stuff
#end
