Update CI

• Fix up molecule.

@SuperQ any ideas please why this PR passes its tests, but a PR using this (e.g. #261) fails with errors which make it look like the CI itself is broken:?

• Anything other than latest fails with "the role 'cloudalchemy.node_exporter' was not found" (e.g.)
• "The Mergify configuration is invalid": (e.g.)
• Non-latest tests on 2.9 fail with "module/action 'community.docker.docker_container" (e.g.)

I'd be happy to try to fix tests (although I'm not a CircleCI user so that'll take a while) but I can't imagine changing the CI in my PR is the right solution here?
