Issue building with SQLCipher on XCode 9 #402

The post_install hook from #390 was not sufficient to resolve this issue under all circumstances. I think we need the fix from https://github.com/ccgus/fmdb/pull/594

CDTDatastore version(s) that are affected by this issue.

Any on XCode 9
iOS/macOS version

A small code sample that demonstrates the issue.
