Change silence attribute "comment" to "reason". #8

When a silence is created by sabisu, it creates an attribute in the stash called "comment". Change this to be reason instead. This is due to the sensu-cli uses the attribute reason. They might as well be on the same page and agree what to call it.

Might as well change "author" to be "owner" as well for the same reason.
