Description

Updated Linux testing to use docker-compose in Jenkins and Travis.

Approach

Use docker with official docker hub swift:5 image
Fixed failing test case in Linux
Updated travis to use docker-compose
Updated test helper variables to SERVER_URL, SERVER_USER, and SERVER_PASSWORD

Testing

Modified existing tests because they were failing under Swift tools version 5.
