ive done a bit of adk/winpe here in fact it does the whole winpe install.

Hi! This is actually a slightly modified MaaS specific version of this repo that we published last year for the Crowbar Windows integration: https://github.com/cloudbase/adk-tools

It's still very basic, we'll publish more stuff soon.
