added support for user-data when using AWS #10

For cross platform support I still want to use cloudbase-init without making specific cloud-configs

AWS userdata support has been merged: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/cloudbase-init/+spec/user-data-support-for-aws

You can download the latest cloudbase-init installer and you will have the feature there.
