Create MSI packages for new versions #103

Hello!

Can you please publish MSI packages for the versions > 1.1.2?

Hello,

We will publish the new MSI packages for 1.1.3 very shortly, as we are getting some small fixes into the installer too and upgrading Python version to 3.10.x.
