Fix code static analysis warnings

[petrutlucian94]

This change addresses a few static code analysis warnings:

• WnbdSetDiskSize declared in userspace.h
• avoided strcpy
• used const reference instead of unecessary copy

While at it, we'll skip a flaky stats test.
