We're dropping Visual Studio .filters files. Those can help
organizing the files that show up in the Visual Studio UI but
aren't really needed since source files are already enumerated
in the ".vcxproj" files.
The main reason why we're removing those filters is that those
files get automatically updated when the solution is built,
adding Boost dependencies to the filters, which we don't want.
