Catalog the JS & other components we are using #21

At some point, we need to catalog the different JavaScript code modules and 
libraries that are being used by the EZ Access plugin. In particular, we will 
need to record the licenses that each of the other modules uses.

Ideally, we want to release this project to others using a permissive license. 
This means that using GPL code may be problematic because it may make our other 
code potentially have to use GPL. I don't have any problems with GPL, but 
companies interested in commercializing this may not wish to be so encumbered.

Would you be able to list the different modules you are using and find their 
project source and licenses? This might be a code project page or something for 
the Wiki at this point.
