SSML configuration option #47

Right now the configuration about if SSML is provided or not is a constant in 
ezvoice.js. It should be made a configuration option either with a UI or 
through a configuration file.

Because Macs are non-SSML compliant and read all of the XML, the value should 
default to false. It might be nice if the configuration could auto-sense if a 
Mac was being used and then set to false automatically, allowing it to be true 
automatically on Windows.
