Starting EZ Access mode #53

EZ Access mode (i.e., the highlight) should only be started when the user 
presses EZ Up or EZ Down. It should not be started when any other key (EZ or 
otherwise) is pressed; however, EZ Access mode should remain on when any other 
key is pressed.

The only thing that turns off EZ Access is a session reset (how does one do 
this?) or touching/clicking the screen.

I think I fixed this in the key event handler for KEY_EZ_BACK, but please check 
this.

Session resets can be done by data-ez-startingmode="ezoff" in the body tag as 
per your specs. (See train demo for example.)

Will look at this later.
