In order to accommodate the Button Help feature (user holds EZ Help and presses 
other keys/buttons/onscreen elements to hear their names), the Help system 
should display when the user releases the EZ Help button. That is, the lightbox 
should be displayed on up of the EZ Help button.

Dismissal occurs on down of EZ Help (nobody can use Button Help when the help 
lightbox is open).

Little bit harder than it should be thanks to the dismal JavaScript key 
catching support, but whatever.
