People are liable to get stuck in the help system if there are not several
methods of exiting. What we most want a person to learn is to press EZ Down
when they are hearing something in which they are not interested. People need
to be warned before they exit from Help however.
If a user presses EZ Up on the first Help screen, they should get a message
like this:
"Start of help text.
<help-tail />"
They would then exit from Help if they press EZ Up again.
If a user press EZ Down on the last Help screen, they should get a message like
this:
"End of help text.
<help-tail />"
They would then exit from Help if they press EZ Down again.
