Each screen needs some additional help--basically on how to use the help
system. In the Toolbook-coded demo, the tail appears below a horizontal rule
and depends on the Help screen that is being displayed in the lightbox.
Here is text for 3 lines for the help tail:
1. "To repeat this message, press the round EZ Action button. "
2. "For more Help, press the EZ Down arrow button."
3. "To leave Help, press the EZ Help button."
Lines 2 & 3 are displayed on most Help screens.
Only line 3 is displayed on the last help screen and on the "End of help text"
'warning' screen.
We display line 1, 2, & 3 with help early in the application--like if the
person presses EZ Help on the first screen of the kiosk application. We may
wish to do something differently with the web version however...
One thought of mine is to include lines 1, 2, and 3 only on the first Help
screen the first time person enters Help in a session. This count could be
reset with the session.
