Help: Methods of exiting for visual users #74

I like that you can exit help by touching outside of the lightbox.
I also like it that you do not exit help if you touch inside the lightbox.

If you could please add a close button to the lightbox, that would give users 
with vision an obvious target. Make sure that the close button is a reasonable 
size for touchscreen users (i.e., larger than one would need with a mouse).
