[Blueprints, all]: Migrate documentation from AWS Quickstart to this Add-ons

Migrate Documentation and Architectural charts from https://aws.amazon.com/quickstart/architecture/cloudbees-ci/ to this repository.

For charts will be using the https://app.diagrams.net/, so diagrams need to be migrated to this format.

Talking on this topic with @wellsiau-aws, he said:

I recommend that we keep the documentation to minimal, and refers as much as possible to existing CloudBees doc in : https://docs.cloudbees.com/docs/cloudbees-ci/latest/eks-install-guide/ I suggest to only retain :

• Architecture diagram (and update it as required)
• Cost and license (provide monthly estimate if deploying as is using 01-Getting-Started)
