t3 instance support in remaining AWS regions #245

t3 instances have a significant price/performance advantage over t2. However, until now they weren't supported by Boxfuse in all Boxfuse supported AWS regions.

This adds support to the missing regions so that once this goes live all Boxfuse will have full t3 instance support in all supported AWS regions.

This has now been rolled out.
