More info to the debug log needed. #21

The debug log "/home/pi/wurb_files/wurb_rec_log_files/wurb_rec_debug_log.txt" is really useful to check the reason for why the detector does not work as expected. More debug info is needed for:

GPS.
Scheduler.

Don't forget to check the reason for this log row that occurs at shutdown: "Manager: shutdown:'NoneType' object has no attribute 'shutdown'".
