Spectrograms - improvements. #10

It is possible to view spectrograms when working with annotations, but they are slow and not possible to configure.

There should also be a possibility to show parts of a diagram, for example 200 ms, to examine the shape of each pulse.

By adding a "pitch shifting" step before FFT time was reduced by a factor of 3.
