In that case, I propose we carry out a detailed analysis to determine which SCM solution is best. And by "we," I mean "you." Please have it done by EOD, @gwenshap.

The SCM system must include the ability to send tweets, which can be sent to Kafka and pulled by Jenkins to perform builds. We need the ability to perform parallel builds, in anticipation of the high volume of commits to this project.
