Allows to use variables in definition_file, e.g. : 

clusters:

- name: "{{ cdp_cluster_name }}"
  type: base
  services: "{{ cdp_services }}"
  databases: "{{ cdp_databases }}"
  configs: "{{ fresh_install_configs }}"
  host_templates: "{{ cdp_host_templates }}"
...
