yes i tried to set the follow config for the Alertpublisher and then I used update_services=true. But the value stayed unchanged.
So I assumed the update_services=true is only applied for the cluster services and not for the mgmt. services.

Hi ,
according to the docs setting update_services to true allows changing the configuration of an existing cluster. According to my tests it looks like that this feature ignores the Management services. It would be great that configuration change is also possible for the Management services.
