Extend / Split 'transfer-ownership' to apply to database and/or table #151

The following commands are now mutually exclusive:

-to|--transfer-ownership -todb|--transfer-ownership-database -totbl|--transfer-ownership-table

Using -to|--transfer-ownership will set both options.
