Validate nsswitch configuration #7

right now, nsswitch values are retrieved but it is not a check. Good to have this as a check. Should return: hosts files - if DNS is used. files hosts - if /etc/hosts is used

@manojsundaram Please elaborate on this. I'm not sure what is the desired state of this function.
