This may be a bit hacky, but renaming the file to always be compiled.min.js allows things to work whether or not js minification is enabled

Hi,

I encouter this problem on Magento 2.2.7 with cloudflare/cloudflare-magento version 1.1.8

Blank configuration page
404 error on config.js (/static/version1553234347/adminhtml/Magento/backend/en_US/CloudFlare_Plugin/config.js)

I created a new issue here: #81

Any quick fix for this?
