Improve readme #19

As a beginner developer, I tried to set up deployment with Travis CI, and ran into the problem with region specification. I've got following error:

panic: The bucket you are attempting to access must be addressed using the specified endpoint. Please send all future requests to this endpoint.

I spent some time figuring out what this error mean and suggest to include more details in readme.
