start migration to the official aws go sdk (cloudfront and acm)
vendor in AWS CLI
add SSL support (a preference on this is a requied field on stout create)
comment source code
remove godep as a build requrement @chinedufn

Made some comments, almost universally on your comments. One more thing though, if you don't mind, when you write commit messages put them in sentence case (start with a capital letter).
