provide npm package #48

would be nice if one could install it via npm, to make deployments to CI easier

I'd also love to have an official package that I can safely use for a production app -- any chance @zackbloom could set that up on npm? That would really make things easier for our project. Thank you both.

Anyone at the cloudflare team care to have the npm package and repo transferred to them? I've moved away from stout, so don't really care about maintaining the npm package anymore. The maintenance of it is easy, just run the ./update command any time a new stout release is published.
