Updating atlassian-spring-scanner to 2.x #54

This change will allow the plugin to working on future versions of JIRA that don't support version atlassian-spring-scanner 1.x.

No mention of deprecations, but there's this in the repository for the library https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-spring-scanner/src/master/

Scanner 2.x is able to run against Confluence 6.0+, JIRA 7.2+, Bitbucket Server 5.0+ and Bamboo 5.14+ Please use spring-scanner 1.x if you are working against an older product, and use the 1.x README instead of this one - different rules :)

Confluence also had this issue, but was updated in https://github.com/cloudflare/cloudflare-access-for-atlassian/pull/53

@thibmeu it's actually not deprecated yet AFAIK.

But as @iserko noted very well it's supported since JIRA 7.2.
