feat: attach Feedback SDK widget #364

We're looking to release this this week to all documentation pages. It's a standalone SDK widget to collect anonymous feedback from users. All PMs have been notified and all supporting efforts are in place.

Have this running locally and everything checks out okay :)

@gganch @jrf0110 Just a heads-up, we're planning to merge this and release to our documentation sites this Friday: 10/29 at 10am CST. We're feeling good about this change but wanted to give you a chance to review!
