Changelog is missing #38

Yea, we should do it. I'm usually doing release notes for major versions where I am describing BC breaks but it would be nice to keep a changelog for minors and hotfixes as well.

I'm tagging everything that is pending the next release (on any of the four repos) with the needs release note label once they are closed.

When we do a release, I will search for closed issues with that label, and write up a comprehensive set of release notes.

Added a change log here and at json-schema-example-loader (this one links to that one when it changes the version on which it depends).
