Target instruction copy inconsistencies #85

Some of the issues I’m seeing:

  1. Some sentences are missing periods.

  2. Locations should be represented with <strong> text and navigations represented with <span class="with-more-icon-after"></span>.

    This is correct:

  3. A single curly quote should be used for an apostrophe.
