Prevent transition to/from home during modal close #89

Seems to be happening because the route is set to "" on close and https://github.com/EagerIO/EmbedBox/commit/b7888e5648bf5f5bf40029398f935ccc8acd97ab only fixed the problem for when you’re closing from viewing "home" route.
