Discussion in https://github.com/cloudflare/gortr/issues/1. Part of the work is by @lspgn, but attribution got squashed.

Changes:

gortr now sends If-Not-Modified headers and save ETags.
Metrics for HTTP response code and last request timestamp were added.

lspgn commented 4 years ago

Just ran it, seeing the requests going through but I will need some logging if it's identical. I may merge tomorrow and do a small commit on top of it. :)
