I've ran into this with AS10139 in #90.
In the examples I pointed out, though, there is no clear "winner" since different persons would probably like to use a different account (whether because of language, or because they appear as distinct, seemingly unrelated brands). Probably some kind of dropdown list to choose the operator name/twitter handle to use would be nice?
What's the current behaviour for this? I notice there is already two entries for 10139 in the twitter.csv document, does it pick the first one or list both mentions in the tweet?

Examples of such use cases:
For Orange Belgium you have https://twitter.com/OrangeBEFR for French speaking, https://twitter.com/OrangeBENL for Dutch speaking, but no clear "corporate, national" account.
Some operators also operate under other brands with the same ASN. For instance, https://twitter.com/tadaamofficial and https://twitter.com/telenet have the same ASN but present themselves as distinct brands, despite the former being owned by the latter.
