Google released 3? new Brotli releases since the release of Cloudflare's ngx_brotli_module.

Please update ngx_brotli_module to the latest Brotli.

@lenovouser , @vkrasnov has updated his repo. I've tested it and it works properly with the latest Brotli git clone.
