Support for the branch option would be excellent! The wrangler cli already supports this, so I'm assuming we can drop it in.

If it's provided it'll overwrite the default, otherwise it can work the way it does today.
This would enable me to perform a production deploy from a tag (instead of being forced to deploy by merging to main).
