Directly executable binary files #126

At present, it feels very cumbersome to use, and I have not successfully run it. Hope to provide executable binary files

Isn't pingora a replacement for nginx? We could have abstracted the functionality into a configuration or api to make pingora easier for more people to use

https://github.com/memorysafety/river wants to offer a standalone proxy application that works with pingora, but from my understanding it still takes a while for its release.
