Request: Provide git tags and/or GH Releases for crates-io releases #156

What is the problem your feature solves, or the need it fulfills?

At the moment, there are no git tags or GH releases that match the release on crates.io.

I am starting work on river, and I expect we may need to track the upstream pingora repo, and it would be good to be able to track an issues or PR fixes to ensure river is not impacted.

Describe the solution you'd like

I believe 8797329225018c4d0ab990166dd020338ae292dc corresponds with https://crates.io/crates/pingora/0.1.0, it would be good to confirm this, and ensure that tags/releases happen in the future

I added the 0.1.0 tag now. Future release will have changelog and tags.

The latest stable changes are tagged and (github) released. They will go out to crates.io soonish

We have a plan in place to make sure are putting out regular releases, so I am closing this as "fixed" and it should stay fixed in the future
