I've done some translation work for the help documentation, hoping it proves useful.

This PR adding zh_cn translation is of poor quality and seems to be done with machine translator.

I suggest we introduce 3rd-party translation management platform like Crowdin for better managing docs translation.

Just FYI, I think we're hesitant to accept translation PRs because while it might be nice to make the repo more accessible, there are few maintainers who can properly review the changes.

@drcaramelsyrup I understand your concerns. But it's okay, I will be actively involved in this project in the future, working together to make it better.

After some internal discussion we thing the best way to manage community driven documentation is to have a standalone repo that is managed by the community.

I've created https://github.com/eaufavor/pingora-community-docs. You are more than welcome to make contributions there.
