What is the problem your feature solves, or the need it fulfills?

I would like to run Pingora as my kubernetes cluster ingress controller

Describe the solution you'd like

To have a basic, configurable ingress controller based on pingora for low latency ingress - or at least expose it as a buildable framework

Additional context

I'm creating this ticket as a follow up from a conversation I had in the Cloudflare stand during AWS Summit Stockholm, as was suggested by Matt
