Add a rockspec file so that l this module can be installed by luarocks command #26

supporting luarocks command. I have seen raven was added to lua repository https://luarocks.org/modules/wangleineo/raven. But executing luarocks install raven command is not working due to missing rockspec file. So I added it

This request has been merged by mistake (removed now). The upstream URL is not the correct one (one of the forks of this repo). And a lot of dependencies are actually optional (depends on which sender is used).

I added a rockspec in master now.
