Update worker-d1-api to include workers-types and update usage instructions

This PR

• enables strict mode in tsconfig.json
• adds a worker-configuration.d.ts which includes the correct type bindings for D1
• instantiates Hono with the Cloudflare environment so that c.env.DB is of type D1Database
• Update README.md which still mentioned instructions for northwind-demo which don't apply to this template
