Thanks for raising this issue @LanceSandino. I've had a bit of a dig around and this has happened to me in the past when I migrated an account from the previous managed SSL certificate pack to advanced certificate management due to the change in the field type. Looking internally, it looks like we've made the jump to a hash style string for all IDs now and the integers are being retired so these should no longer be in the response.
As this is a problem with the underling Go library, I'll fix this there and the next release will get this fix. We generally release on a monthly however if you would like to pull the fix in sooner, you can pull my cloudflare-go
branch locally and build the provider yourself to make changes to your infrastructure.

Oh cool thanks so much! I’ll check it out when I get a chance!
@jacobbednarz thank you for fixing this so quickly, I was going to report this yesterday.
In our case, this is has started to fail this week and since we use env0 we don't have a way to build the provider.
Also, since these environments are mainly for development/testing we cannot destroy the environment due to this error.
Do you think we can get a patch release sooner than next month?
Thank you!
We are planning for a release by the end of next week.
