Request: Typescript definitions #22

Would love to get some TS definitions for the router.

I haven't used this yet, but plan to sometime. Does seem to have slightly better features than Cf's, but not too many, & written in TypeScript:

cc @kwhitley as I think itty-router (new package we're using since #35) has TS definitions - maybe we should try and get those working here
